Ordering online from Autographs of the World is easy. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Just add the required item(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed.

Your acceptance of our terms and conditions by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until accepted by us either by sending you an email which is received by you explicitly stating this or our dispatching the goods to you with a dispatch note issued to You by us. Receipt of an order via the Autographs of the World website by us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason.

Acceptance of order:
Any errors or omissions in any sales literature, despatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. The responsibility is yours for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Terms and conditions and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the delivery address notified by you.

On receipt of your order, you will be given a reference and an email receipt. Your goods will then be dispatched as soon as possible usually within 7-10 days for items currently in stock.

Website and credit card security:
Payment details are captured and processed on Worldpay servers and are protected by a host of encryption techniques which are continually updated. Worldpay is available 24/7, 365 days of the year. Their fully secure transaction environment is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure complete security.

Security for the shopper:
Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Data storage:
Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.

Privacy agreement:
Our policy is to respect the privacy of our customers at all times. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act and comply with the terms. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Whilst we store your personal details, we do not store the three digit security card from the rear of the card. The data is stored by electronic and paper form.
